ALJON® Quality
The Quality Control Department conforms to MIL I-45208 ANSI/ASQC standard #Q 94-1987. Calibration Systems are computer based and conform to MIL#45662. All production is in compliance with MIL I-45308. Statistical Process Control (SPC) is used to monitor key process parameters and establish process capability (Computer Based SPC Express). The quality department monitors all fabrication from design to shipment. Internal audits are performed on customer parts and ALJON® processes to maintain quality commitment to our customers. From concept, design, and production; ALJON® offers the most efficient manufacturing methods and complete in-house custom engineering services available utilizing:
CNC and NC Brakes enables ALJON® to assure customer quality requirements. Quick die change tooling methods are utilized to meet customer delivery requirements and reduce costs. |
