Aljon Tool is a high quality engineering and manufacturing company that provides precision sheet metal stampings and fabrications to fortune 500 customers worldwide. Founded as Precision Sheet Metal, Aljon was purchased in 1972 to enhance Precision's tooling and engineering capabilities. In 1986 the companies merged giving Aljon the capability to manufacture a wider range of products. Today Aljon utilizes our engineering and tooling capabilities along with our innovative manufacturing processes to deliver high quality components that exceed our customer's requirements. With expanded facilities and upgraded capacity, Aljon provides the highest level of excellence in design, quality and customer service at competitive prices. Quality control and on-time delivery are our specialties. We utilize advanced state-of-the-art equipment and in-house tooling capabilities for prototype thru production parts runs on hydraulic and mechanical presses up to 500 tons. We also offer welding, NC Multiple and CNC fabrication equipment, robotic powder painting, silk screening, pad printing, die making, and assembly. ALJON® has the capability to manufacture parts and assemblies from prototype to 200,000 per customer. J.I.T. requirements, utilizing in-house tooling capabilities for short or long run progressive tooling, hydraulic and mechanical presses to 500-tons along with welding, NC, and CNC equipment, Robotics, Painting, and Assembly. ALJON® offers you full service to meet your requirements and specifications. Customer orders are received and confirmed using EDI (EDI Electronic Data Interchange). Orders are then processed. The production plan is coordinated with our MRP system and continually monitored throughout the manufacturing process by bar coding, real time, and data collection. This information system enables ALJON® to maintain J.I.T. delivery requirements specified by our customers. ALJON® has been providing sheet metal and engineering parts worldwide since 1972.
